- Nose : Finesse of floral fruity aromas, light notes of pineapple, lime blossom, apple.
- Palace: Lively, dry, well-balanced, lovely sparkle, good acidity, structured wine, long finish. Mineral notes, aged on lees.
- Accompaniement : A typical aperitif wine, it goes perfectly with Valais dishes made with local cheeses (Raclette du Valais and Fondues).
- Data : 11.8 % alcohol vol, production 1 kilo per m2. Contains sulfites.
- Serving temperature 8 to 10 degrees.
