Tasting
- Nose : Very typical grapefruit, citrus, wisteria in bloom.
- Palace : Lively, citrus notes on the palate. On the finish: salinity typical of the grape variety. Beautiful balance of sugars and acids. Very long in the mouth, great power.
- Accompaniement : Appetizers, chocolate desserts, blue and ash cheeses.
- Data : 13.5 % alcohol vol, production 800gr per m². Contains sulfites.
- Serving temperature 10 to 12 degrees.
- Keep for 5 to 10 years.

- Nose : Finesse of floral fruity aromas, light notes of pineapple, lime blossom, apple.
- Palace: Lively, dry, well-balanced, lovely sparkle, good acidity, structured wine, long finish. Mineral notes, aged on lees.
- Accompaniement : A typical aperitif wine, it goes perfectly with Valais dishes made with local cheeses (Raclette du Valais and Fondues).
- Data : 11.8 % alcohol vol, production 1 kilo per m2. Contains sulfites.
- Serving temperature 8 to 10 degrees.
