Cave Dubuis & Rudaz cultivates a 17-hectare estate in central Valais.
Our vines extend into several plots located in an area between the commune of Conthey and that of Sierre, with more than 50 % of surfaces located in the prestigious Sion appellation.
As Valais is made up of a mosaic of different terroirs, our plots located in privileged exposures allow each of the 17 varieties of grapes cultivated to find conditions adapted to highlight their own characteristics.
Since 1985, all of our vines have been VITIVAL certified to strict standards ensuring sustainable development.
Convinced that our ecological and qualitative approach is the path to follow, since 1995 we have taken the turn leading us to biodynamic techniques, that is to say putting living things back at the center of our concerns.
Currently we cultivate our entire estate with the know-how and knowledge acquired in biodynamics, since 2022 all of our production has carried the Bio Suisse label.
