Our quality
All the wines produced on our 17 hectares of vines bear the label VINATURA.
Under the label VINATURA you will only find Swiss wines from controlled estates
respecting ecological farming methods.
VINATURA is a trademark registered by VITISWISS. Swiss Federation for Production
ecological in viticulture.
A neutral and independent tasting commission, as well as an oenological analysis report
guarantee a label of quality, respect for terroirs and grape varieties.
The VITISWISS guidelines ensure:
- That the grape varieties are adapted to the soils.
- May soil fertility be maintained naturally.
- That the soils be grassed in order to preserve natural biodiversity.
- That the oenological standards in force in Switzerland are respected.
- Let the waters not be used unnecessarily.
- That the appearance social and security employees is assured.
