Tasting

• Nose : Vanilla, caramel, clove, a beautiful combination of grapefruit scents typical of Petite Arvine, and baked apple from Pinot Gris.
• Palace: Lively, dry, salinity, hint of acidity, roundness and structure, fat, woody side typical of aging in acacia barrels.
• Accompaniement : Sea fish, shellfish, foie gras terrines, chicken livers with raspberry vinegar.
• Data : 13.5 % alcohol vol, production 800gr per m².
• Serving temperature 10 to 12 degrees.
• Keep for 5 to 10 years
