• Palace : Lively, harmonious, good length in the mouth, very supple tannins.
• Accompaniement : Goes wonderfully with dried meats from Valais, veal, as well as white poultry.
• Data : 13.2 % alcohol vol, production 900gr per m². Contains sulfites.
• Serving temperature 12 to 15°.
