Tasting

• DRESS : Deep violet, almost blood, opaque it is possible to have a slight deposit this wine is not filtered for its glassing.
• Nose : Spicy, pepper, bay leaf, vanilla, light caramel, explosion of scents.
• Palace : Structure, power, very present tannins, strong, virile, full-bodied, marked animal flavors, notes of coffee with milk.
• Accompaniement : A great wine for laying down, to be left for a few years at the bottom of your cellar. It goes wonderfully with all strong meats: game, beef, lamb, red poultry such as woodcock or spit-roasted partridge, and don't forget the essential dessert cheeses.
• Data : 13.2 % vol alcohol, production 700gr per m². Contains sulfites.
• Serving temperature 14 to 16 degrees.
• Keep for 5 to 10 years.
