• Dress : Clear, clean, deep ruby, brilliant.
• Nose : Small fruits, wild berries, undergrowth, light blackcurrant.
• Palace: Structured, tannic but not aggressive, velvety, Pinot is the lace of red wines, very long in the mouth.
• Accompaniement : Red meats such as beef bourguignon, duck with orange, pigeon in truffle sauce.
• Data : 13.9 % alcohol vol, production 900gr per m². Contains sulfites.
• Serving temperature 12 to 15 degrees.
• Keep for 10 years and over.
