Palace: Lively, citrus notes on the palate. On the finish: salinity typical of the grape variety. Very long in the mouth, great power.
Accompaniement : Appetizers, chocolate desserts, blue and ash cheeses.
Data : 13.3 % alcohol vol, production 750gr per m². Contains sulfites.
Serving temperature 10 to 12 degrees.
Keep for 5 to 10 years.
