• Nose : Vegetal aroma, persistent fruit that can recall the smell of rhubarb and wild berries.
• Palace: Richness of flavors, smoothness, length, power, final bitterness typical of the grape variety.
• Accompaniement : Goes wonderfully with dried meats from Valais, veal, as well as white poultry.
• Data : 13.2 % alcohol vol, production 900gr per m². Contains sulfites.
• Serving temperature 12 to 15 degrees.
• Keep for 3 to 8 years.
