Dress : Clean, frank, deep carmine color typical of Merlot.
Nose : Candied black fruits, licorice, animal leather, ivy.
Palace: Smooth, round, supple, silky, melted tannins.
Accompaniement : As an accompaniment to rare or pink red meats, game meats or simply a dish of sautéed mushrooms with herbs.
Data : 14.3 % alcohol vol, production 500gr per m². Contains sulfites.
Serving temperature 12 to 14 degrees.
Keep for 3 to 5 years.
