NOSE : Very aromatic, spicy, burnt almond character typical of the grape variety.
Palace: Roundness, harmony, smoothness, very nice length in the mouth, sulfuric note in the finish.
Accompaniement : Valais asparagus, lake fish in cream sauces, game terrines.
Data : 13.4 % alcohol vol, production 1 kilo per m². Contains sulfites.
Serving temperature 8 to 10 degrees.
Keep for 3 to 5 years.
