Dress : Frank, intense, purplish, brilliant.
Nose : Morello cherries, oak bark, delicate yet intense aromas, scents of wild game.
Palace: Lively, powerful, velvety, confirmation of wild cherry flavors, very supple tannins.
Accompaniement : Every good hunter always has a bottle of this in their bag; it's the ultimate game wine. Chamois saddle, venison medallions with cranberries, and venison stew are always a hit.
Data : 12.9 % alcohol vol, production 800gr per m². Contains sulfites.
Serving temperature 12 to 14 degrees.
