Heida – Païen 2024 AOC Valais

NOSE : Scents of pear, lemongrass, rhubarb, citrus fruits, ripe mangoes.
Puck : Sap, with a racy minerality, develops a racy minerality on the palate with lively and fruity flavors.
Accompaniement : Goes wonderfully with fish, shellfish, and all dishes with exotic flavors, a little favorite to enjoy with mature mountain cheeses.
Data : 12.9 % vol alcohol. Production 900 gr per m2. Contains sulfites.
Serving temperature 8 to 10 degrees.
Keep for 5 to 10 years.
