NOSE : Very aromatic, character of red rose petals, lychees, passion fruit.
Palace: Elegant roundness, powerful exotic taste, surprisingly for an aromatic, it has a very long mouth.
Accompaniement : Goes wonderfully with cold meats, sauerkraut, natural foie gras, or blue cheeses, monkfish medallions with vegetables, Chinese cuisine, curried dishes, gingerbread.
Data : 12.9 % alcohol vol, production 800gr per m². Contains sulfites.
Serving temperature 8 to 10 degrees.
Keep for 5 to 10 years.
