Tasting

• Dress : Clean, frank, deep with a bluish color typical of Gamay.
• Nose : Floral typical of Gamay, nose of rhubarb, wild strawberry.
• Palace: Delicious, lively, balanced, racy, melted tannins giving fullness in the mouth.
• Accompaniement : A pleasant wine to accompany white or grilled red meats, it charms with its aromas, goes very well with jacket potatoes with local cheeses, or simply as a terrace wine!
• Data :
  13.0 % alcohol vol, production 900gr per m².
  Contains sulfites.
• Serving temperature 12 to 14 degrees.
• Keep for 3 to 5 years.
