Gamarhône Cuvée Caroline Dubuis Born from the Earth AOC Valais 2023

Dress : Dark red with blue hues.
Nose : Aroma of red cherry marmalade, notes of cocoa and vanilla.
Palace : Smooth, mellow, good length in the mouth, tannins present but very supple.
Accompaniement : Pairs wonderfully with a nice grilled rib of beef, or polenta with gorgonzola, or northern Italian cuisine.
Data : 13.8 % alcohol vol, production 900gr per m². Contains sulfites.
Serving temperature 12 to 14°.
Keep for 3 to 8 years.
