Fendant “Privilège” 2024 AOC Sion

NOSE : Finesse of floral fruity aromas, light notes of pineapple, lime blossom, apple.
Palace : Lively, dry, well-balanced, lovely sparkle, good acidity, wine structure, length on the palate. Mineral notes, aged on lees.
Accompaniement : A typical aperitif wine, goes wonderfully with Valais dishes made with local cheeses (Raclette du Valais and Fondues).
Data : 11.9 % vol alcohol, production 1 kilo per m². Contains sulfites.
Serving temperature 8 to 10 degrees.
Keep for 1 to 5 years.
