Fendant “Molignon” 2023 AOC Valais

NOSE : Limestone notes reminiscent of vanilla or chalk, not very pronounced floral due to the dominant terroir.
Palace: Very rich, smooth wine, beautiful balance of terroir and complexity of mineral flavors.
Accompaniement : Gastronomic Chasselas, old local cheeses, raclette with alpine cheese, lake fish meunière, shellfish.
Data : 11.8 % vol alcohol, production 1 kilo per m². Contains sulfites.
Serving temperature 8 to 10 degrees.
Keep for 1 to 5 years.
