NOSE : Vegetal aroma, persistent fruit that can recall the smell of rhubarb and wild berries
PALACE : Lively, harmonious, good length in the mouth, very supple tannins
GOURMET PAIRINGS: Goes wonderfully with dried meats from Valais, veal, as well as white poultry and game.
DATA : 13.2 % vol alcohol. Contains sulfites.
