DRESS : Raspberry pink, with shiny reflections.
NOSE : Floral, notes of wild berries, strawberry, raspberry, citrus.
PALACE : Round, elegant, fine, harmonious, very smooth, long in the mouth.
GOURMET PAIRINGS: Majorie is a great alternative to white wines as an aperitif or with meals. Its summery color makes it a great wine for the patio. Pair with game terrines, fried fish, white meats, and soft cheeses.
DATA : 14.5 % vol alcohol. Contains sulfites.

PROVENANCES : Produced from the marriage of the above grape varieties, selected from the various communes of central Valais.
SITUATION : Vines located on the right bank of the Rhône, mid-slopes and terraces, maximum altitude 540 m.
VINIFICATION : Wine obtained by bleeding red wines. Controlled alcoholic fermentation, maximum temperature 18° Partial malolactic fermentation. No added sugar.
