Cornalin Cuvée Caroline Dubuis Born from the Earth AOC VS 2023

Dress : Red with bluish, purplish reflections.
Nose : Subtle notes of crushed strawberries, red fruits, cherry marmalade.
Palace : Round, ample, licorice, velvety, very supple tannins.
Accompaniement : Pairs well with grilled lamb, roast guinea fowl, quail, game birds, and game terrines. It also pairs well with a platter of Valais cheese, especially mature cheeses.
Data : 13.3 % vol alcohol, production 800 gr per m2. Contains sulfites.
Serving temperature 12 to 14 degrees.
Keep for 5 to 10 years.
