• Palace : Smoothness, richness, power, slight bitterness on the finish, typical of the hermitage
• Accompaniement : Blue cheeses, soft cheeses, foie gras in terrine or pan-fried, aperitifs
• Data : 16.2 % vol alcohol, production 250gr per m² or 1.8 dl per m². Contains sulfites.
